Candy Kush CBG Buds by freya CBDCURE
Our organic hemp Buds Candy Kush are grown indoors and are rich in the compound Cannabigerol (CBG).
Candy Kush Profile
Bred from a Sativa-dominant strain, Candy Kush Buds have a dense structure typical of bright green Sativa strains. The trichomes appear abundant, as if the Buds could have been dipped in sugar, giving them a slightly blurred appearance from a distance.

What is Cannabigerol (CBG)?
Cannabigerol, commonly known as CBG, is one of the phytocannabinoids found in the cannabis plant. It is believed to be non-psychoactive as preliminary studies showed no THC-like intoxicating effects in mice or rats.
CBG was first discovered in 1964 as a component of hashish. It is derived from cannabigerolic acid or CBGA, which is actually one of the first cannabinoids produced in the growing cannabis plant.
As a plant matures, its enzymes convert CBGA into a variety of other cannabinoid acids, including THCA, CBDA, and CBCA. Through drying, curing, and heating, most of these cannabinoids later develop into their non-acidic versions such as THC, CBD, and CBC.
CBG is believed to act as a weak antagonist of the CB1 receptor within the endocannabinoid system. This means it can inhibit the effects of CB1 agonists, primarily THC, and therefore suppress the effects of other cannabinoids. It is also suspected that CBG interacts with CB2 receptors, although it is not entirely clear whether it exerts agonistic or antagonistic effects on this class of receptors.
